FAQ

Have questions about Keiki Soccer Pros? Want to know how classes work? We’ve got answers to some of the most frequently asked questions below.

Do you offer a trial class?

Sorry, to keep our class size controlled and our classes well organized we do not offer a trial class. Instead, we offer refunds. If any time before your fourth class, you find it’s not working out, we will refund you for the remaining unused classes. Please read our “Policy” page for more info.

What does the registration fee cover? Is the fee monthly?

The registration fee includes everything: soccer shirt, GE tax, insurance, coach fees, etc.  The fee is PER SEASON and most seasons run for 8 weeks. It is not a monthly fee.

What makes Keiki Soccer Pros different from the other soccer programs?

Coach Tom Creagh, owner of Keiki Soccer Pros, has played and coached soccer in several countries including Ireland. He loves making soccer simple and fun for players as young as age two. Our coaches are all professionally trained to work with toddlers and keiki. We emphasize skill building in a positive environment.  We keep our class sizes small (10-14 kids) so that your child gets plenty of attention without feeling crowded. For more class details, check out our PROGRAMS tab.

How do I sign up for a soccer class?

Step 1 If new to our program, please Create an account

Step 2 Go to the “find classes” page and select your class, enter payment details, and click “register”.
Or you may register by phone by calling us at 808-633-4070

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and bank cards with a visa or mc logo.

Does my child need special soccer gear or a uniform?

Nope. For all keiki in our program NO shin guards or cleats are required (though shin guards are optional). In fact, for the safety of all children we encourage sneakers for age 2-4.  We provide a t-shirt and your child may wear shorts/pants and sneakers or closed-toe shoe (no slippas or bare feet please). We also provide all the soccer equipment (balls, cones, goal nets, etc) that will be used during the class.

Should we bring water to class?

Yes. Since the keiki do a lot of running around, we give water breaks, so please ensure your child has something to drink.

My child is sick today and will not attend class. What do I do?

If you would like to schedule a make-up class, please email Tom@KeikiSoccer.com before your missed class.

How do I get directions to my class?

Please see the “Locations” page  on our website or call our office.

How will I know if my class is canceled due to weather?

If soccer is canceled for the day, we will send you an email a few hours before your class. We will also post an announcement on the home page of our website. If you don’t have internet access, please call our office and we will let you know if your class is canceled. We usually make the determination 1-3 hours prior to your class.

I have friends who’d like to join the same class. How do we do this?

When you register for class, there is a section at the bottom of the page to enter friends’ name and email.  They will receive an invite to join your class.  We also assign each class an ID number so, you can call or message your friends to join that class ID (as long as the age group fits). Class size is limited.

I don’t see my area on your class list, will you be offering soccer classes here?

We serve many locations and are expanding based on requests. Please call, email us, or fill out this FORM to let us know where you would like to have class.
